Samir Maklad El Falah is the founder of Rio Supermarket and has served as its general manager since its inception in 2018. He has focused on fostering innovation and ensuring the supermarket is recognized for its commitment to fresh and high-quality food products. Mr. Maklad holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from IUTIRLA and an associate degree from UEN Porlamar. This foundation has provided him with a solid understanding of business operations, logistics, and supply chain management. Prior to founding Rio Supermarket, he spent over a decade at Inversiones Sabrina as sales director. His responsibilities included overseeing the import process of appliances, fostering international supplier relationships, and conducting market analyses.

In addition to his business pursuits, Mr. Maklad is dedicated to community service and actively participates in organizations like ANSA and Conindustria. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, reading, and listening to music.
